• Booking Process: To secure our services for your event, you must complete a booking request. Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Deposit and Fees: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The full payment must be completed by the date specified in your contract. Prices and fees are subject to change.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies, including eligibility for refunds, will be detailed in your booking contract. Please refer to your contract or contact us for specific cancellation terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Event Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information about the event, including date, location, and expected attendance.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol service, including age restrictions and venue policies.
• Liability for Damages: You may be held responsible for any damage to our equipment or injury to our staff caused by negligence or misconduct during the event.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasmine Catering & Bartending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you.
